厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年12月东营胜利胜东医院收治的60例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片治疗,试验组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,比较两组血压水平、炎性因子水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、SOD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,两组SOD水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压的效果显著,可降低患者血压水平,改善炎性反应、血管内皮功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the clinical effect of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 hypertension patients admitted to Shengli Shengdong Hospital in Dongying from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets and the experimental group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The blood pressure level,inflammatory factor level,superoxide dismutase(SOD)level,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and SOD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,while the SOD levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of hypertension,it can reduce the blood pressure level of patients,improve inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelial function,and have a high safety.
