益气活血化瘀汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血化瘀汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年7月宿迁普济康复医院收治的72例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组给予醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气活血化瘀汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、运动功能、神经功能及日常生活活动能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。治疗后,观察组上肢、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:益气活血化瘀汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的效果显著,能够改善患者运动功能、神经功能与生活能力,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:A total of 72 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Suqian Puji Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,motor function,neurological function,and activities of daily living were compared between two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After treatment,the upper limb and lower limb motor function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the neurological deficit score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of activities of daily living in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke has significant effect,it can improve motor function,neurological function and living ability,with high application value.
