中药浸泡联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗手部角化性湿疹的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药浸泡联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗手部角化性湿疹的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年12月广饶县人民医院皮肤科门诊收治的110例手部角化性湿疹患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组应用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用中药汤剂浸泡治疗。比较两组临床疗效、皮肤损伤情况及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。治疗后,两组瘙痒、疼痛、水疱、红斑、皲裂评分以及皮损面积积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:中药浸泡联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗手部角化性湿疹可有效改善患者临床症状,降低复发率,促进上皮组织恢复,治疗效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of herbal medicine immersion combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of keratosis eczema of hand.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hand keratosis eczema who were admitted to Dermatology Clinic in Guangrao County People's Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment,and the observation group was treated with herbal decoction immersion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin injury,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).After treatment,the scores of itching,pain,blisters,erythema,chapping and skin lesion area in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The herbal medicine immersion combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of keratosis eczema of hand can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients,reduce recurrence rate and promote epithelial tissue recovery,with significant treatment effects.
