摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在新生儿静脉留置针静脉炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7—10月于山东省济南市第二妇幼保健院行静脉输液治疗的200例新生儿作为干预组,2022年1—4月行静脉输液治疗的200例新生儿作为对照组。两组均进行静脉留置针操作,对照组给予常规管理,干预组给予护理干预。比较两组静脉炎分级及发生情况、患儿疼痛消失时间、红肿消退时间、血管恢复弹性时间。结果:干预组静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预组静脉炎患儿疼痛消失时间、红肿消退时间、血管恢复弹性时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:护理干预可明显降低新生儿静脉留置针静脉炎的发生率及严重程度,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in neonatal intravenous indwelling phlebitis.Methods:A total of 200 neonates receiving intravenous infusion treatment in the Second Children&Women's Healthcare of Jinan City of Shandong Province from July 2022 to October 2022 were collected as the intervention group,and 200 neonates receiving intravenous infusion treatment from January 2022 to April 2022 were collected as the control group.Both groups underwent intravenous indwelling needle operation.The control group was given routine management,and the intervention group was given nursing intervention.The grade and occurrence of phlebitis,pain disappearance time,redness and swelling regression time,and vascular elasticity recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of phlebitis in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pain disappearance time,redness and swelling regression time,and vascular elasticity recovery time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence and severity of neonatal intravenous indwelling phlebitis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
