摘 要:目的:探讨智能采血管理系统在入院准备中心采血护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年3月于德阳市人民医院入院准备中心采血的130例患者作为对照组,2022年4月—2022年8月采血的130例患者作为试验组。对照组采用常规方法采血护理,试验组应用智能采血管理系统进行采血护理。比较两组采血等待情况、采血质量评分、满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组采血等待时间、采血操作时间、整体采血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组采血认知、感染预防、健康宣教评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组采血认知、感染预防、健康宣教评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。试验组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:入院准备中心采血护理中采用智能采血管理系统,可以缩短患者采血等待时间,提高采血质量、满意度,预防不良事件发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent blood collection management system in blood collection nursing work of admission preparation center.Methods:A total of 130 patients with blood collection at the Admission Preparation Center of Deyang People's Hospital from December 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,and 130 patients with blood collection from April 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the experimental group.The control group used routine blood collection nursing method,and the experimental group used intelligent blood collection management system for blood collection nursing.Blood collection waiting,blood collection quality score,satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood collection waiting time,blood collection operation time and overall blood collection time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood collection cognition,infection prevention and health education scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood collection cognition,infection prevention and health education scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The use of intelligent blood collection management system in blood collection nursing of admission preparation center can shorten the blood collection waiting time of patients,improve the blood collection quality and satisfaction,and prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
