宜昌市孕检女性重复人工流产状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宜昌市孕检女性重复人工流产状况以及影响因素。方法:选取2016年宜昌市自愿接受国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目的已婚拟怀孕的14998名女性作为研究对象,分析其临床资料,总结宜昌市孕检女性重复人工流产的影响因素。结果:14998名女性中重复流产者2328人,占15.52%。单因素及多因素分析显示,年龄、受教育程度、初婚年龄、生育状态、夫妻年龄差距、吸烟饮酒情况是孕检女性重复人工流产的独立危险因素(P<0.001)。结论:宜昌市女性重复流产状况不容乐观,年龄、受教育程度、初婚年龄、生育状态、夫妻年龄差距、吸烟饮酒情况是孕检女性重复人工流产的独立危险因素,应重点关注高风险人群,预防非意愿妊娠发生。Objective:To explore the status and influencing factors of repeated induced abortion among women undergoing pregnancy test in Yichang City.Methods:In 2016,a total of 14998 married women who were planned for pregnancy and voluntarily received the national free prepregnancy eugenic health examination program in Yichang City were selected as the study subjects.Their clinical data were analyzed,and the influencing factors of repeated induced abortion of women undergoing pregnancy test in Yichang City were summarized.Results:Among the 14998 women,2328 women had repeated abortion,accounting for 15.52%.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that,the age,education degree,age of first marriage,fertility status,age gap between husband and wife,smoking and drinking were independent risk factors for repeated induced abortion among women undergoing pregnancy test(P<0.001).Conclusion:The situation of repeated abortions among women in Yichang City is not optimistic.The age,education degree,age of first marriage,fertility status,age gap between husband and wife,smoking and drinking are independent risk factors for repeated induced abortion among women undergoing pregnancy test.It is necessary to focus on high-risk groups to prevent unintended pregnancy.
