摘  要:目的:为了客观评价X射线计算机断层摄影装置(CT)的性能,特别是不同组织间的CT值线性关系,提出一种新的CT值线性自动分析方法。方法:参照WS 519—2019《X射线计算机体层摄影装置质量控制检测规范》,利用某医院新购置的1台CT机对Catphan500型检测模体中的CTP401模块进行扫描,分别以人工分析方法和借助MATLAB软件的自动分析方法对扫描重建后的DICOM图像进行分析,获得CT值线性结果。对比2种方法得到的CT值线性结果的偏差,并分析偏差来源。结果:自动分析方法和人工分析方法得到的CT值线性结果分别为8.03 HU和9.5 HU,两者之间的偏差由感兴趣区的位置和大小引入。结论:相比于人工分析,自动分析过程不需要任何人为干预自动给出CT值线性结果,避免了由于人为因素引入的误差,能够保证检测结果的客观公正性。Objective To propose a new automatic linear analysis method for CT values to objectively evaluate the performance of the X-ray computed tomography device,especially the linearity of CT values between different tissue.Methods An X-ray computed tomography device newly purchased by some hospital was used to scan the CTP401 module of the Catphan500 phantom according to WS 519—2019"Specification for testing of quality control in X-ray computed tomography".The scanned reconstructed DICOM images were investigated by manual analysis and automatic analysis based on MATLAB software respectively to obtain the linear results of CT values.The deviations of CT value linear results by the two methods were compared and the sources of the deviations were analyzed.Results The linear results of the CT values obtained by the automatic and manual methods were 8.03 HU and 9.5 HU,respectively,and the deviations related to the location and size of the region of interest.Conclusion Automatic analysis of CT value linear results avoids errors by human factors and ensures the objectivity and fairness of the test results.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2023,44(5):50-53]
