摘  要:介绍了制作脊柱侧凸矫形器所用的3D打印技术及材料,阐述了3D打印技术结合计算机辅助设计(computer-aided design,CAD)在患者数据采集、矫形器设计及成品输出方面的应用现状,分析了3D打印技术结合CAD在脊柱侧凸矫形器制作中的机遇与挑战,指出了3D打印技术的革新及普及、打印分辨力及速度的提升、打印成本的降低、智能材料的使用以及CAD软件的不断完善,将为未来个性化、精准化、智能化的脊柱侧凸矫形器的制作提供新的机遇。3D printing technology and materials involved during the fabrication of scoliosis orthoses were introduced,and the application progress of 3D printing combined with computer-aided design(CAD)in patient data acquisition,orthosis design and end product output was described.The opportunities and challenges of 3D printing combined with CAD applied in the fabrication of scoliosis orthoses were analyzed.It's pointed out that the innovation and spreading of 3D printing technology,the improvement of printing resolution and speed,the reduction of printing cost,the use of smart materials and the continuous improvement of CAD software would provide new opportunities for the fabrication of personalized,precise and intelligent scoliosis orthoses in the future.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2023,44(5):74-80]
