摘 要:介绍了智能可穿戴设备的概念和基本功能,阐述了智能可穿戴设备在术前风险评估及活动指导、术后生命体征无线监测和术后功能评估及动员激励等方面的应用现状,分析了智能可穿戴设备应用于加速康复外科中的优势及需解决的问题,指出了提高监测及报警的准确度、增强监测的普适性、提升佩戴的舒适性以及降低生产成本等是未来智能可穿戴设备的发展方向。The concept and basic functions of the smart wearable device were introduced,and the present situation of its application was described in risk assessment and activity guidance before operation and wireless vital signs monitoring,function evaluation and motivation after operation.The advantages and problems of the smart wearable device were analyzed when applied in the field of enhanced recovery after surgery.It's pointed out the smart wearable device in the future would have enhanced accuracy for monitoring and alarm,improved universality of monitoring,increased wearing comfort and decreased production cost.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2023,44(5):102-108]
