摘 要:目的通过在后交叉韧带重建胫骨隧道定位中应用3D打印导板联合混合现实技术,能准确按术前设计定位骨道制备。方法通过5例患者术前建模,设计骨道,打印3D导板,术中运用混合现实技术制备骨道情况,术后通过复查的影像资料测量验证制备骨道与术前设计的差异。结果通过术后对制备骨道的影像测量,观察到通过该技术制备的骨道能够精准还原术前设计,准确性高。结论通过3D打印导板联合混合现实技术在后交叉韧带重建胫骨隧道定位中初步应用研究,验证了该技术的可行性和准确性,为后期进一步与传统技术的优劣对比研究,优化设计流程,制备简便、易用、准确的3D导板提供了支持。Objective Through the application of 3D printing guide plate combined with mixed reality technology in the positioning of tibial tunnel reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament,the bone canal preparation can be accurately positioned according to the preoperative design.Methods Five patients underwent preoperative modeling,bone tunnel design,and 3D guide plate printing.During the operation,mixed reality technology was used to observe the location and preparation of bone tunnel in real time,and the difference between the preparation of bone tunnel and the preoperative design was verified by the image data of postoperative review.Results Through the postoperative image measurement of the prepared bone tunnel,it was observed that the bone tunnel prepared by this technology could accurately restored the preoperative design with high accuracy.Conclusions Through the preliminary application study of 3D printing guide combined with mixed reality technology in the positioning of tibial tunnel reconstructed from the posterior cruciate ligament,the feasibility and accuracy of this technology are verified,which provides support for further comparative study with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional technology,optimization of design process,and preparation of simple,easy-to-use and accurate 3D guide plate.
