摘　　要：药用丙烯酸树脂是一种新型药用辅料,具有安全、稳定、无刺激、高效等特点,主要用于片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂的薄膜包衣及载体,能够达到防潮、避光、掩盖气味及延缓药物释放的效果,能够提高患者依从性和药物稳定性而广泛应用于药物制剂中.现针对丙烯酸树脂在药物制剂方面的应用研究进展进行总结,以期为今后丙烯酸树脂在药物制剂领域的发展提供一定的参考.Medicinal acrylic resin is a new type of pharmaceutical excipients,which has the characteristics of safety,stability,non-stimulation and high efficiency.It is mainly used for film coating and carrier,which can prevent moisture,avoid light,mask odor and delay drug release.It can improve patient compliance and drug stability,and is widely used in drug preparations.In this paper,the research progress of acrylic resin in pharmaceutical preparations has been summarized,which possessed certain reference value for the future development of acrylic resin in the field of pharmaceutical preparations.
