摘  要:【目的】为规模化种植区域李树红点病的防治提供科学依据。【方法】以7年生结果期蜂糖李为试验材料,开展百菌清、多菌灵、代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、喹啉铜4种药剂的单个药剂筛选试验及混配药剂田间试验。【结果】4种药剂对蜂糖李红点病均具有一定的防治效果。田间试验防治效果表明:单个药剂防效为70.58%~93.73%,其中33.5%喹啉铜乳液2000倍的防效各重复均在90%以上,第2次施药后10 d防效为93.73%,显著高于其他药剂处理。混配药剂田间防效为2.40%~58.15%,其中百菌清、多菌灵、喹啉铜组合对蜂糖李叶片红点病的防治效果好于其他处理,防治效果为58.15%,病级为0.63,低于对照的1.04,病情指数为34.87%,低于所有处理组合病情指数;多菌灵、代森锰锌、喹啉铜组合的防效次之。【结论】试验筛选出的33.5%喹啉铜乳液2000倍液对蜂糖李红点病田间防效最佳,可为生产中李子红点病田间防治药剂选择提供参考依据。【Objective】It provides a scientific basis for solving the prevention and control of plum red spot disease in large-scale planting regions.【Methods】The single agent screening test and the mixed agent field test of chlorothalonil,carbendazim,mancozeb wettable powder and Cupric quinoline were carried out with the 7-year fruiting stage of“Fengtang”plum as the test material.【Results】All the four drugs had certain effect on the control of“Fengtang”plum red spot disease.The field experiment showed that the control effect of single agent ranged from 70.58%to 93.73%,and the control effect of 33.5%quinoline copper emulsion with 2000 times of each repetition was above 90%,and the control effect was 93.73%after 10d the second application,which was significantly higher than that of other agents.The field control efficiency of mixed agents ranged from 2.40%to 58.15%,and the control effect of chlorothalonil,carbendazim and quinoline copper was better than that of other treatments.The control effect was 58.15%,the disease grade was 0.63,lower than that of the control,and the disease index was 34.87%,lower than that of all treatments.The control effect of carbendazim,mancozeb and quinoline copper was the second.【Conclusion】The 2000 times solution of 33.5%quinoline copper emulsion has the best field control effect on“Fengtang”plum red spot disease,which can provide reference for the selection of field control agents for plum red spot disease in production.
