摘 要:为了研究杂化材料的阻燃性能,利用丙烯酸改性碱性钙基膨润土(alkaline calcium bentonite, ACBT)制备丙烯酸膨润土(Acrylic bentonite, AABT),通过原位聚合法制备了丙烯酸膨润土-聚丙烯酸(AABT-PAA)杂化材料,分别从不同类型膨润土、AABT含量因素考察了对阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:AABT-PAA-5出现火苗的时间、被点燃后离开火焰自熄的时间和完全变形的时间分别为30、0、50 s,并且杂化材料燃烧后,表面形成的炭层不易脱落,表现出良好的阻燃性能。To investigate the flame retardant properties of hybrid materials,acrylic bentonite-polyacrylic acid(AABT-PAA)hybrid materials were prepared by in situ polymerization method using acrylic modified alkaline calcium bentonite(ACBT)to prepare acrylic bentonite(AABT).The effects of different types of bentonite,composites and hybrid materials and AABT content on the flame retardant properties were investigated.The results showed that the time of fire appearance,the time of self-extinguishing after being ignited and the time of complete deformation of AABT-PAA-5 were 30,0,50 s,respectively.Moreover,the char layer formed on the surface of the hybrid material was not easy to fall off after burning and showed good flame retardant.
