摘  要:研究了汽油发动机转矩模型的标定方法策略。对于汽油发动机的转矩标定,需要确保发动机在不同工况下的模型转矩与发动机的实际做功转矩一致,及时响应驾驶员或整机的转矩请求,保障变速器换挡及时性、平顺性或及时响应电机的串并联请求。当汽油发动机运行在固定转速,固定气量的边界下,发动机实际发出转矩主要受当量空燃比和点火角的影响,当发动机发生爆燃现象、进入高温环境或响应转矩变化请求时,会发生点火角退角减小的情况。因此点火角的变化对发动机实际发出转矩的影响尤为突出,通过计算得到发动机在各工况下的最优点火角以及发动机的点火角效率曲线,即可保证发动机的转矩模型精度。The calibration method and strategy of gasoline engine torque model are studied.For the torque calibration of gasoline engine,it is necessary to ensure that the torque model of the engine under different working conditions is consistent with the actual torque of the engine,to respond to the torque request of the driver or the vehicle in time,to guarantee the timeliness and ride comfort of transmission gear shift,or to respond to the series and parallel requests of the motor in time.When the gasoline engine runs at the boundary of fixed speed and fixed gas volume,the actual torque of the engine is mainly affected by the equivalent air-fuel ratio and ignition angle.When the engine knock occurs and enters the high temperature environment or responds to the request of torque change,the ignition angle will decrease.Therefore,the change of ignition angle has a particularly prominent impact on the actual torque emitted by the engine.The optimal ignition angle and the efficiency curve of ignition angle of the engine under various working conditions can be calculated to ensure the accuracy of the torque model of the engine.
