摘  要:柴油机喷油过程对热效率和排放有着十分重要的影响。以喷油器喷油速率(Rate of Injection,ROI)的实验数据为基础,提出了基于轨压和激励时间(ET)信号的ROI预测模型,根据ET信号将该模型分为三类子模型,分别为:ET小于1.2ms时的四阶段模型、ET小于1.8 ms时的五阶段模型和ET大于1.8 ms时的六阶段模型。利用实验数据对模型进行了验证,结果表明,预测的ROI数据能够较好地与实验数据吻合,预测的喷油量和最大喷油速率与实验数据相比,相对误差均小于1.5%。证明所开发的ROI模型具有较高的准确度,为实现ROI规律控制提供了基础。The fuel injection process of diesel engine has a very important influence on engine thermal efficiency and emissions.Based on the experimental data of the injector rate of injection(ROI),this paper proposes an ROI prediction model based on rail pressure and energizing time(ET)signals.According to the ET signal,the model is divided into three sub-models,respectively:the four-stage model when the ET is less than 1.2 ms,the five-stage model when the ET is less than 1.8 ms,and the six-stage model when the ET is greater than 1.8 ms.The model is verified by the experimental data.The results show that the predicted ROI data can also be in good agreement with the experimental data.Compared with the experimental data,the predicted injection mass and maximum injection of rate have relative errors of less than 1.5%.It can be proved that the developed ROI model has high accuracy.It provides the basis for the realization of ROI control.
