摘  要:针对“排气凸轮轴锁止位置运行不合理”故障,从排气VVT结构特性分析入手,结合故障诊断策略,发现VVT二级阶梯销结构在起动工况机油压力建立过程中可能存在VVT角度跳变,跳变时间与故障诊断策略匹配不合理问题。通过理论及试验分析,验证出VVT角度可能产生跳变的时间,确定延长故障诊断开始时间的方案,使之避开VVT角度跳变时间,最终通过了诊断优化后的实车验证,为发动机匹配开发过程中诊断策略的制定提供了依据。Aiming at the fault of"unreasonable operation of exhaust camshaft locking position",starting with the analysis of exhaust VVT structure characteristics and combining with fault diagnosis strategy,it is found that VVT two-stage ladder pin structure may be VVT angle jump in the process of oil pressure establishment in the starting condition,and the mismatch between the jump time and fault diagnosis strategy is unreasonable.Through theory and experiment,the time when the VVT angle jump may occur is verified,and the scheme of extending the start time of fault diagnosis is determined to avoid the VVT angle jump time.Finally,the real vehicle verification after diagnosis optimization is passed,which provides a reference for the formulation of diagnosis strategy in the engine matching development process.
