摘 要:以SiO_(2)气凝胶粉为辐射填料,玻璃纤维粉为相增强材料,氟硅丙乳液为成膜物质,制备玻璃纤维/SiO_(2)隔热涂层。探究SiO_(2)气凝胶粉的添加量对涂层的表面形貌、反射率、半球发射率及隔热效果的影响。结果表明:随着SiO_(2)气凝胶粉添加量的增加,涂层的太阳光反射比先增大后减小,半球发射率先增大后减小,隔热温差先增大后减小。SiO_(2)气凝胶粉添加量为0.60%时,涂层的太阳光反射比为78.33%,半球发射率分别为0.94,隔热温差为22.7℃,表明涂层具有较好的隔热效果。研究结果可为隔热涂料的开发与应用提供一定的参考。Glass fiber/SiO_(2)thermal insulation coatings were prepared by using SiO_(2)aerogel powder as radiation filler,glass fiber powder as phase reinforcing material and fluorosilicone acrylic emulsion as film forming material.The effects of the amount of SiO_(2)aerogel powder on the surface morphology,reflectivity,hemispherical emissivity and thermal insulation effect of the coatings were investigated.The results show that with the increase of SiO_(2)aerogel powder,the solar reflectance of the coatings increase first and then decrease,the hemispherical emission increases first and then decreases,and the thermal insulation temperature difference increases first and then decreases.When the addition amount of SiO_(2)aerogel powder is 0.60%,the solar reflectance of the coating is 78.33%,the hemispherical emissivity is 0.94,and the heat insulation temperature difference is 22.7℃,indicating that the coating has good heat insulation effect.The research results can provide some reference for the development and application of thermal insulation coatings.
