摘 要:以废弃蟹壳粉(CSP)为原料,经过碱和醇化学处理,制得处理后的蟹壳粉(ACSP)。以ACSP为增强材料、聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,通过熔融共混挤出、拉丝制备适用于熔融沉积成型(FDM)的聚乳酸/蟹壳粉(PLA/ACSP)复合材料,并对其力学性能、打印性能、热学性能等进行探究。结果表明:加入少量ACSP可显著改善复合材料的力学性能。当ACSP含量为5%时,PLA/ACSP的力学性能与打印性能达到最佳,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为66.04 MPa和96.14 MPa,相对于未添加ACSP的PLA 3D打印材料分别提升了72.24%和49.42%。ACSP有助于增强PLA的力学性能,制备的PLA/ACSP复合材料适用于FDM 3D打印技术。The treated crab shell powder(ACSP)was prepared from waste crab shell powder(CSP)by alkali and alcohol chemical treatment.Polylactic acid/crab shell powder(PLA/ACSP)composites suitable for fused deposition molding(FDM)were prepared by melt blending extrusion and drawing with ACSP as reinforcing material and polylactic acid(PLA)as matrix,and mechanical properties,printing properties and thermal properties of PLA/ACSP were investigated.The results show that the addition of a small amount of ACSP can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the composites.When the content of ACSP is 5%,the mechanical properties and printing properties of PLA/ACSP are the best.The tensile strength and bending strength of PLA/ACSP are 66.04 MPa and 96.14 MPa,respectively,which are 72.24%and 49.42%higher than those of PLA 3D printing materials without ACSP.ACSP helps to enhance the mechanical properties of PLA,and the prepared PLA/ACSP composites are suitable for FDM 3D printing technology.
