摘 要:以正丁基锂为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,微量四氢呋喃为极性调节剂,苯乙烯为第一单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯(TBMA)为第二单体通过活性阴离子聚合诱导自组装技术,在15%固含量下原位高效制备嵌段聚合物聚苯乙烯-b-聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯)(PS-b-P(MMA-co-TBMA))纳米自组装粒子。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪表征嵌段聚合物的分子量及分子量分布,核磁共振波谱仪表征嵌段聚合物的结构和组成,利用透射电子显微镜和动态光散射仪表征纳米自组装粒子的形貌和尺寸,利用热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪表征纳米组装粒子的热学性能。结果表明:固含量高达15%条件下得到直径约为125 nm的球形胶束,该纳米组装粒子壳层为PS,核心为P(MMA-co-TBMA),具有较高的热稳定性和强度,可用作塑料、橡胶、涂料功能填料,开发新型塑料、橡胶产品。The block polymer polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate-co-tert-butyl methacrylate)(PS-b-P(MMA-co-TBMA))nano self-assembled particles were prepared in situ and efficiently at 15%solid content by using n-butyl lithium as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent,trace tetrahydrofuran as polarity regulator,styrene as the first monomer,methyl methacrylate(MMA)and tert-butyl methacrylate(TBMA)as the second monomer.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of block polymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography.The structure and composition of block polymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The morphology and size of nano-self-assembled particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering.The thermal properties of nano-assembled particles were characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer and differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that spherical micelles with a diameter of about 125 nm ire obtained when the solid content is as high as 15%.The shell of the nano-assembled particles is PS,and the core is P(MMA-co-TBMA).The nano-assembled particles has high thermal stability and strength,and can be used as a functional filler for plastics,rubber,coatings to develop new plastics and rubber products.
