摘  要:为深入了解改性聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料的力学性能,介绍目前常见的四种改性方法,即填充改性、复合改性、共聚改性、共混改性,对各种改性方法的优缺点进行比较与讨论。结果表明:填充改性与共混改性均难以明显提高改性PS塑料的力学性能;共聚改性可对改性PS塑料的分子结构进行改变,并且在应用过程中没有出现改性材料析出的问题,改性效果好;复合改性不仅易于加工,而且制备的改性PS塑料也具有较好的力学性能,成为当前PS改性的重要发展方向。In order to deeply understand the mechanical properties of modified polystyrene(PS)plastics,four common modification methods which are filling modification,composite modification,copolymerization modification and blending modification are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various modification methods are compared and discussed.The results show that the mechanical properties of modified PS plastics can not be significantly improved by filling modification and blending modification.Copolymerization modification can change the molecular structure of modified PS plastics,and there is no problem of precipitation of modified materials in the application process,and the modification effect is good.Composite modification is not only easy to process,but also the prepared modified PS plastics have good mechanical properties,which has become an important development direction of PS modification.
