摘　　要：季振宜是清初江苏著名藏书家。学术界以往对季振宜的研究仍存在一些问题需要揭示和厘清。从交游、文学、仕宦三个方面进行考察,得出以下结论:其一,季振宜为人仗义疏财,时人称为“季布”;其二,《全清词·顺康卷》收录陈维崧、季振宜重出《行香子》《鱼游春水》二词为陈维崧作;其三,季振宜在御史任上曾三度罢官,以疾病致仕。Ji Zhenyi was a famous bibliophile in Jiangsu in the early Qing Dynasty.There are some issues concerning the study on Ji Zhenyi in previous academic circles which need to be revealed and clarified.This paper explores the three aspects of friendship,literature and official career of Ji Zhenyi and draws the following conclusions:1.Ji Zhenyi is known as“Ji Bu(alms giving)”for his generosity and righteousness shown in his help to the needed and the poor;2.The two poems signed by Chen Weisong and Ji Zhenyi in The Complete Ci Poetry of the Qing·Shun Kang Volume were actually written by Chen Weisong;3.Ji Zhenyi has thrice dismissed from office as the censor and resigned due to illness.
