摘　　要：随着互联网技术和信息通信技术的快速发展,各种现代新技术不断改变档案管理的形式和方式,如何做好高等院校成人教育档案管理工作,是现代高校必须深刻探讨的重点话题。为探索高等院校成人教育档案管理存在的问题,并针对性提出有效措施,本文从成人教育档案管理的重要性出发,结合地方高校档案管理实际,总结问题并分析,从多个角度深度剖析成人教育档案管理的优化与创新策略,为后续高校成人档案管理的革新提供依据。With the rapid development of Internet technology and information and communication technology,various modern new technologies are constantly changing the form and way of archives management,and how to do a good job of adult education archives management in higher education institutions is a key topic that must be deeply discussed in modern colleges and universities.In order to explore the problems of adult education file management in higher education institutions and put forward effective measures,this paper summarizes the problems and analyzes them from the importance of adult education file management,combined with the actual file management in local colleges and universities,and deeply analyzes the optimization and innovation strategies of adult education file management from many angles,so as to provide the basis for the subsequent innovation of adult file management in colleges and universities.
