摘  要:文中基于试验和数值计算方法分析了夹芯复合材料-钢连接结构中各螺栓孔周应力分布规律,对比试验测量结果与非线性有限元计算结果,验证了有限元方法的准确性.并在此基础上,探索螺栓-孔接触面摩擦系数、螺栓预紧力、螺栓间距等因素对孔周应力分布的影响.结果表明:接触面摩擦系数的减小和预紧力的增大都会使螺栓孔周应力增加.螺栓间距的改变对孔周应力的分布也产生较大的影响.Based on the experimental means and numerical calculation method,the sandwich composite-steel connection structure was studied,and the stress distribution around each bolt hole in the sandwich composite-steel connection structure was analyzed.The accuracy of the finite element method was verified by comparing the experimental measurement results with the nonlinear finite element calculation results.On this basis,the influence of the friction coefficient of bolt-hole contact surface,bolt pre-tightening force and bolt spacing on the stress distribution around the hole was explored.The results show that the stress around the bolt hole will increase with the decrease of friction coefficient of contact surface and the increase of preload.The change of bolt spacing also has a great influence on the stress distribution around the hole.
