摘 要:基于2010—2019年湖北省面板数据,运用DIF-GMM模型围绕城镇化对农民收入的影响进行分析。结果表明:当农村劳动力转移规模扩大时,农村居民家庭人均纯收入和非农收入也相应增加,农村居民的收入结构会得到相应优化,但农村劳动力转移规模扩大,农业收入会相应降低,且对非农收入影响系数的绝对值明显大于对农业收入影响系数的绝对值。基于此,进一步从整体上提高农民收入,优化农村劳动力转移水平,促进城乡融合发展,应立足各地区发展实际,完善转移人口人地脱离制度、推进区域协调发展、创新人才引进和培养模式等增加农民收入,进而实现地区农业高质量发展。Based on the panel data of Hubei province from 2010 to 2019, the impact of urbanizationon farmers' income was analyzed by using the DIF-GMM model. The results indicated that when the scaleof rural labor transfer expands, the per capita net income and non-agricultural income of rural householdswill also increase correspondingly, and the income structure of rural residents will be optimizedaccordingly. However, as the scale of rural labor transfer expands, agricultural income willcorrespondingly decrease, and the absolute value of the impact coefficient on non-agricultural income issignificantly greater than that on agricultural income. Based on this, in order to further increase farmers'income as a whole, optimize the level of rural labor transfer, and promote urban-rural integration anddevelopment, measures to increase farmers' income should be taken based on the actual development ofvarious regions, such as improving the system of separating the transfer population from land, promotingregional coordinated development, innovating talent introduction and training models, so as to achievehigh-quality agricultural development in the region.
