摘　　要：农产品加工业是促进三产融合、提高农产品附加值、延长产业链、巩固脱贫成果和乡村振兴的有效途径。河北省位于华北平原,在发展农业产业化方面具有得天独厚的资源优势、区位优势和市场优势。农产品加工业是河北省的传统重点产业,目前发展势头总体良好,但同时也存在产业链条短、精深加工程度低等多方面的问题,需要予以针对性解决。展望未来,河北省农产品加工业可望在企业装备现代化、产品形式多元化等方面实现突破,从而推动全省农产品加工业结构进一步优化,自主创新能力显著增强,市场竞争力大幅提高,为河北省农业转型升级、农民就业增收和农业农村现代化做出贡献。Agricultural products processing industry is an effective way to promote the integration ofthree industries, improve the added value of agricultural products, extend the industrial chain, andconsolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and rural revitalization. Hebei province is located inthe North China Plain and has unique resource advantages, location advantages and market advantages inthe development of agricultural industrialization. Agricultural products processing industry is a traditionalkey industry in Hebei province. At present, its development momentum is generally good. However, at thesame time, there are many problems such as short industrial chain and low degree of intensive processing,which need to be solved. Looking forward to the future, the agricultural products processing industry inHebei province is expected to achieve breakthroughs in the modernization of enterprise equipment anddiversification of product forms, so as to further optimize the structure of the agricultural productsprocessing industry in Hebei province, significantly enhance the ability of independent innovation, andsignificantly improve the market competitiveness, making contributions to the transformation andupgrading of agriculture in Hebei province, the increase of farmers' employment and income, and themodernization of agriculture and rural areas.
