摘 要:针对海洋电导率传感器动态响应特性测试需求,使用水文传感器时间常数测量装置对典型海洋电导率传感器进行了测试。通过实验,分析得到时间常数特性,总结提出动态标定方法,并全面准确地进行了测量不确定度评定。结果表明:时间常数与电导率阶跃大小无关,与运动速度符合特定函数关系,因此可以选择比较稳定的8 mS/cm~12 mS/cm中的任一点作为电导率阶跃标定点,用运动速度与时间常数的函数关系作为动态标定结果;各速度点时间常数测量结果的相对扩展不确定度优于7.4%,小于其最大允许误差±10%。In order to meet the requirements of the measurement of the dynamic response characteristics of the ocean conductivity sensors,the typical ocean conductivity sensors are tested by using the time constant measurement device of the hydrological sensor.Through experiments,the time constant characteristics are obtained,the dynamic calibration method is summarized and proposed,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.The results show that the time constant is independent of the step size of conductivity,and the time constant characteristic of the sensor can be characterized by the specific function with the motion speed,so any point in the range of 8 mS/cm~12 mS/cm,which is relatively stable during measurement,can be selected as the conductivity step calibration point,and the functional relationship between motion speed and time constant can be used as the dynamic calibration result.The relative expanded uncertainty of the time constant measurement results at each speed point is better than 7.4%,which is less than its maximum permissible error of±10%.
