独生子女大学生父母教养方式对体育价值观的影响研究

摘　　要：1978年,我国实行了独生子女政策,我国目前虽已放开二孩政策,但是经济压力和人们心态变化致使许多人生育观念改变,独生子女成为重要的社会群体。为了优化高校体育课程,调整高校体育教学内容,提高独生子女群体体质健康。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法重点研究山西大学城独生子女大学生体育价值观。通过全面分析独生子女大学生体育价值观的特点,从家庭经济、父母学历水平、父母教养方式挖掘并分析体育价值观的影响因素。研究发现:山西大学城独生子女大学生有正确的体育价值观,其中,对体育价值观的认可程度由高到低依次是健康、教育、休闲、经济和竞争。父母教养方式与体育价值观存在显著相关。父母学历与竞争和经济价值观存在显著正相关。父母教养方式在独生子女大学生与体育价值观之间存在中介效应。家庭教养方式是影响独生子女大学生体育价值观的重要因素。发展对策:(1)家校合作,注重家庭体育方式与学校体育、社会体育的逐步接轨,通过正确的体育价值观促进独生子女的社会化发展;(2)独生子女父母注意采用积极的教养方式,引导子女体育价值观与体育参与相协调;(3)高校体育课程有针对性地开展集体性教学内容,发展同伴教育,提高独生子女大学生的团队合作能力,迎合其人际交往需求;(4)适度发展高校体育产业,发展新兴休闲时尚自由运动项目,挖掘高校体育经济价值。In 1978,China implemented the one-child policy.Although China has already liberalized the two-child policy,economic pressures and changes in people's mentality have caused many people's concept of birth to change,and the only child has become an important social group.In order to optimize college physical education curriculum,adjust the physical education teaching content of colleges and universities,and improve the physical health of the only child group.This paper focuses on the sports values of the only child students in Shanxi University City through literature data method,logic analysis method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.Through a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the sports values of the only child college students,the factors affecting the sports values are explored and analyzed from the family economy,parental education level and parenting style.The study found that the only child students in Shanxi University City have correct sports values.Among them,the recognition of sports values from high to low is health,education,leisure,economy and competition.There is a significant correlation between parenting style,personality traits and sports values.Parental education has a significant positive correlation with competition and economic values.Parental rearing has a mediating effect between the only child students and sports values.Family education is important factor influencing the sports values of only-children.Development countermeasures:(1)Cooperation between home and school,paying attention to the gradual integration of family sports and school sports and social sports,and promoting the social development of only children through correct sports values.(2)The only child parents pay attention to adopting positive parenting styles to guide children's sports values and sports participation.(3)College physical education courses carry out targeted teaching content,develop peer education,improve the teamwork ability of single-child college students,and cater to
