摘　　要：通过对新时代“全国武术之乡”(以下简称:武术之乡)的布局、评审及武术之乡比赛情况的梳理,结合武术之乡管理的发展历程,梳理武术之乡在新时代发展的过程中存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,结合武术事业发展面临的新形势、新任务、新要求,提出了优化管理结构、完善评价体系、推进武术资源的挖掘整理工作纵深发展、大力发展武术产业、完善武术人才培养机制等建议。以期更好地发挥武术之乡在传播和普及中国传统武术文化上的重要载体作用,确保其更好地对中华武术的传承、繁荣、创新与发展起到龙头带动作用。Through the new era of the"hometown of national martial arts"(hereinafter referred to as"martial arts hometown")layout,review and competition situation of the hometown of martial arts,combined with the development of the hometown of martial arts management history,sorting out the main problems in the development of the hometown of martial arts in the new era.In view of these problems,combined with the new situation,new tasks and new requirements of the development of martial arts,puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing the management structure,improving the evaluation system,promoting the in-depth development of the mining and sorting of martial arts resources,vigorously developing the martial arts industry and improving the training mechanism of martial arts talents.In order to better play the"martial arts hometown"in spreading and popularizing the important carrier of Chinese traditional martial arts culture,to ensure that it can better play a driving role in the inheritance,prosperity,innovation and development of Chinese martial arts.
