基于健康中国视野下大学生体育素养培养路径与实证研究

摘　　要：文章以培养大学生体育素养的终身体育教育理念为主线,通过实证调研对大学生体育知识、技能、行为和道德进行统计分析,发现山西省大学生体育素养本科院校整体情况好于高职高专和独立院校,素养等级整体划分中等人数最多,优秀人数最少;性别、年级、体质健康测试成绩和参与体育活动情况都对大学生体育素养及各个指标具有非常显著性影响。研究认为:国家建立常模评价标准,学校开展多种形式体育活动、普及体育知识、提高教师团队建设、提高和挖掘物质资源的利用,考核评价过程化和信息化。The article focuses on the lifelong physical education concept of cultivating college students'sports literacy.Through empirical research,it conducts statistical analysis on college students'sports knowledge,skills,behavior and morals,and finds that the overall situation of college students'sports literacy in Shanxi Province is better than that of higher vocational colleges and independent colleges.In colleges and universities,the overall level of literacy has the largest number of medium and the smallest number of excellent;gender,grade,physical fitness test scores and participation in sports activities have a very significant impact on college students'sports literacy and various indicators.The research believes that:the country establishes normative evaluation standards,schools carry out various forms of sports activities,popularize sports knowledge,improve teacher team building,improve and excavate the use of material resources,and process and information evaluations.
