摘  要:比较不同郁闭度和段木大小对茯苓产量的影响,研究茯苓栽培过程中适宜的郁闭度和段木大小。本文选择低、中和高郁闭度不同的林分环境种植茯苓,每种郁闭度下的段木分为短、中、长处理,每种长度下的段木分为小径级和中径级处理,统计收获茯苓菌核产量后进行方差分析和多重比较。结果显示:(1)相同段木条件下,中郁闭度提高总茯苓鲜重和单个茯苓鲜重,高郁闭度降低单个茯苓鲜重;当郁闭度一定时,总茯苓鲜重随径级和段木长增加而升高,其中增加段木径级能提高结苓个数;(2)郁闭度对茯苓产量的影响受段木大小显著影响,低郁闭度下,增加段木长度不影响茯苓产量,在长段木处理下增加径级会提高总茯苓鲜重;中郁闭度下,短、中段木促进总茯苓鲜重对中径级的积极响应,小径级促进长段木对总茯苓鲜重和单个茯苓鲜重的积极响应;高郁闭度下,中、长段木促进茯苓个数和总茯苓鲜重对中经级表现出积极响应,小、中径级促进中段木对总茯苓鲜重和单个茯苓鲜重积极响应。段木大小的最佳搭配方案为:低郁闭度+长段木+中径级段木,中郁闭度+短/中段木+中径级或中郁闭度+长段木+小径级,高郁闭度+中/长段木+中径级能提高茯苓菌核产量。独山县马尾松林种植的茯苓水溶性多糖含量较高,综合表现良好。In order to compare the difference of yield of Poria cocos in different canopy density and pine section,and to study the suitable canopy density and pine section in its cultivation process,P.cocos were planted in different canopy density.The pine section trees of each canopy density were divided into short,medium and long treatment,and the pine section trees of each length were divided into small path and medium path treatment.The sclerotium yield of P.cocos was harvested and analyzed by variance analysis and multiple comparison.The results showed that the total fresh weight and single fresh weight of P.cocos were increased in medium canopy density,while the single fresh weight of P.cocos was decreased in high canopy density.When the canopy density was fixed,the total fresh weight of P.cocos increased with the increase of diameter class and pine section length,and the increase of diameter class could increase the number of guilings.The influence of canopy density on the yield of P.cocos was significantly affected by the size of pine section:the increase of pine section length inlow canopy density had no effect on the yield of P.cocos,but the increase of diameter class under the treatment of long pine section increased the total fresh weight of P.cocos.In medium canopy density,the short and middle pine section promoted the positive response of total fresh weight of P.cocos to middle diameter class,and the small pine section promoted the positive response of long pine section to total fresh weight of P.cocos and single fresh weight of P.cocos.In medium canopy density,the number and total fresh weight of P.cocos were positively responsive to the middle meridians,while the small and middle diameter classes were positively responsive to the total fresh weight and single fresh weight of P.cocos.In various canopy densitys,the best collocation scheme of pine section is:low canopy density+long pine section+middle diameter grade wood,medium canopy density+short and middle pine section+middle diameter grade or medium canopy
