摘 要:为了全面评估舰载雷达侦察系统作战效能,提出了基于毕达哥拉斯模糊集和优劣解距离(TOPSIS)的多属性决策评估方法。引入基尼系数和冲突系数对传统CRITIC法进行改进并确定系统指标权重;将毕达哥拉斯模糊集与优劣解距离法融合,构建模糊决策矩阵,利用毕达哥拉斯模糊混合加权欧式距离(PFHWED)计算贴近度,对舰载雷达侦察系统效能进行优劣排序,得出评估结果。通过实例分析验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。Aiming at comprehensively evaluate the combat effectiveness of ship-borne radar reconnaissance system,an evaluation method based on combined weighting method and Pythagorean fuzzy theory was proposed.The Gini coefficient and Conflict coefficient were introduced to improve the CRITIC method and determine the initial weight of indexes in accordance with the defects of CRITIC.A multi-attribute method based on Pythagorean mixed weighted Euclidean distance measure was proposed by fusing Pythagorean fuzzy set and TOPSIS method,the Pythagorean fuzzy set and TOPSIS method were fused to construct the fuzzy decision matrix and calculate the closeness based on the Pythagorean fuzzy hybrid weighted Euclidean distance,rank the effectiveness of the ship-borne radar reconnaissance system,and obtain the evaluation results.
