摘 要:高冲击加速度传感器是侵彻武器获取侵彻过程信息、实现层数识别与智能起爆控制,以及炮弹内弹道加速度测试、弹道终点效应冲击测试的核心器件,三轴高冲击传感器多分量试验、测试与校准是其应用的前提和基础。设计并搭建了多分量高冲击试验校准测试装置,基于应变式传感器进行轴向应力波冲击信号测试,通过传感器转接砧体的横向效应分解为正交三轴方向的应力波脉冲对三轴传感器进行同时加载,基于LabVIEW和Matlab开发环境编写数据采集与处理程序,完成对三轴高冲击加速度传感器冲击灵敏度的测试校准。同时实现了模拟弹丸沿着霍普金森杆轴线方向斜向上冲击加载碰撞发射,利用重力作用自动回落,可连续多次对传感器进行冲击加载测试。利用该冲击试验测试装置对多只三轴高冲击加速度传感器进行了多次加载试验,试验结果表明,测试传感器各轴向冲击灵敏度误差低于10%,满足冲击校准要求。The high impact accelerometer is the core device of the penetration weapon to obtain the information of the penetration process,realize the intelligent initiation control of the level identification,as well as the acceleration test of the projectile s internal trajectory and the impact test of the ballistic terminal effect.The multi-component test and calibration of the triaxial accelerometer are the premise and foundation of its application.In this paper,a multi-component high-impact calibration test device was designed and built.Based on the strain sensor,the spindle stress wave impact signal was tested.The transverse effect of the sensor installation base was decomposed into stress wave pulses in the orthogonal triaxial direction for simultaneous loading of the triaxial accelerometer.A data acquisition and processing program based on LabVIEW and Matlab was developed to calibrate the impact sensitivity of triaxial accelerometer.At the same time,the projectile was launched oblique upward along the axis of Hopkinson bar,and the impact test of the sensor could be carried out continuously by gravity falling.The test device was used to carry out multiple impact tests on a number of triaxial high-impact accelerometer.The test results showed that the sensitivity error of each axial amplitude of the sensor measured was less than 10%,which met the requirements of impact measurement.
