摘 要:采用试验设计方法(DOE)分析TMCP工艺波动对Q420qNH耐候桥梁钢拉伸性能的影响,同时通过热模拟试验研究回火工艺波动对钢板拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在TMCP工艺波动范围内,试验钢拉伸性能随工艺主效应因子变化而变化:冷却速度较小时,屈服强度和抗拉强度均较低;精轧终轧温度较低时,屈服强度提高,但屈强比也升高;加热温度较高时,抗拉强度较高,屈强比较低,延伸率下降;而返红温度较低时,延伸率较高。同时,在回火工艺波动范围内,随回火温度提高或回火时间延长,屈服强度升高,抗拉强度下降,屈强比上升,而回火温度为450℃、回火时间为45 min时,延伸率可达到30%以上。The effects of TMCP fluctuation on tensile properties of weathering bridge steel plate Q420qNH are analyzed by design of experiment(DOE)method,the effects of tempering process fluctuation on tensile properties of the steel plate are studied by thermal simulation test.The results show that the tensile properties of the test steel vary with the main influencing factors of TMCP within the process fluctuation range.When the cooling rate is small,the yield strength and tensile strength are lower.When the finish rolling temperature is relatively lower,the yield strength increases,while the yield and tensile ratio also increases.When the reheating temperature is higher,the tensile strength is higher,but the yield and tensile ratio is lower,the elongation ratio decreases.When the re-tempering temperature is lower,the elongation ratio is higher.Simultaneously,with the increase of temperature or prolonging of tempering time,the yield strength increases,the tensile strength decreases,the yield and tensile ratio increases.When the tempering temperature is 450℃,the temperature duration is 45 min,the elongation ratio can reach to the value over 30%.
