摘  要:针对低合金钢板在后续再加工过程中产生弯曲开裂,对力学性能合格的同批次钢板进行不同弯曲试验和金相分析。结果表明,钢板的原始在线剪切面存在裂纹源,是引起钢板弯曲开裂的主要原因。结合实际生产情况,采取合理的剪切工艺措施,并指导用户在加工过程中进行适当的倒角处理,从而避免弯曲开裂的再次发生。In view of the bend cracking of low-alloy steel plates in the subsequent re-processing process,different bend test and metallographic analysis are carried out for the same batch of steel plates with qualified mechanical properties.It is concluded that the original online shear surface of the steel plate has crack source,which is the main cause of bend cracking of the steel plate.Combined with the actual production situation,a reasonable shearing process is adopted,and the user is guided to carry out an appropriate amount of chamfering treatment in the re-processing process,so as to avoid the recurrence of bend cracking.
