摘  要:我国已成为世界上最大的电子废弃物产生国,废旧印刷线路板(WPCB)中含有大量的贵金属元素。采取合适的方法进行回收,可以提高二次资源的综合利用率。实验以WPCB为原料,利用“破碎—取样—缩分—细碎—分选”的方法得到金属和非金属(含少量金属)两个样品,金属通过熔融加工成试样1,非金属样品则直接进行研磨加工成试样2,试样1和试样2的品位通过加权计算出废旧印刷电路板最终品位。实验结果表明:该方法样品损耗率低,样品均匀性好,能够确保取制样的代表性。China has become the world's largest producer of electronic waste,wasted printed circuit boards(WPCB)contain massive precious metal elements.The comprehensive utilization rate of secondary resources can be improved using appropriate methods.In this experiment,metals and non-metals were obtained by the method of"breaking-dividing-fine-breaking-sorting"using WPCB as raw materials.The metal sample(1)was fused using medium frequency furnace,and non-metallic sample(2)was divided and grinded.The grade of sample(1)and sample(2)was calculated using weighted average method.The experiment results were showed as follows:The representativeness.of sampling and preparation can be ensured according to low loss rate and good uniformity of comparing samples.
