摘　　要：华明教授和商务印书馆推出的《马洛戏剧全集》对于我们深入解读马洛戏剧有着重大而深远的意义,这也是新中国成立以来马洛批评史上具有里程碑意义的文化大事。《马洛戏剧全集》汉译本的问世,尤其有助于我国读者以动态、辩证的角度理解马洛戏剧的艺术成就,避免标签式、扁平化式解读马洛戏剧人物,深入理解马洛与莎士比亚、琼生,乃至古典文学和《圣经》传统之间的复杂关系,特别是有助于我们直接领略马洛雄浑的语言风格和舞台艺术。The publication of Hua Mings translation of the complete plays of Christopher Marlowe by the Commercial Press is of great significance for the reception and criticism of the dramatist in China.Due to his short but controversial life,Marlowe still remains an enigma today.With the Chinese translations available,more and more Chinese readers and critics alike will be finally in a position to explore his works and appreciate his“mighty lines.”
