摘　　要：鉴于认知障碍在维持性血液透析患者中的流行性和严重性。本文旨在从病因、评估工具、影响因素与干预措施等方面综述维持性血液透析患者认知障碍的研究进展,以期为临床工作与研究提供参考。In view of the prevalence and severity of cognitive impairment in maintenance hemodialysis patients,this article aims to review the research progress in the cognitive impairment in maintenance hemodi-alysis patients from the aspects of etiology,assessment tools,influencing factors,intervention measures,and others,in order to provide reference for clinical work and research.
