摘  要:以北美冬青‘冬红’(Ilex verticillata‘Winter Red’)为材料,研究了不同质量浓度多效唑喷施盆栽苗对其植株生长形态和光合特性的影响,以期探索多效唑对其株型的调控效果及适用质量浓度。结果显示,通过叶面喷施多效唑溶液,能够有效抑制植株株高,控制枝条生长,缩短节间距。随着多效唑质量浓度的增加,叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量显著增多。在低质量浓度(1000-2000 mg/L)处理时,叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈显著上升,高质量浓度(4000 mg/L)处理导致上述指标降至对照水平;低质量浓度(1000 mg/L)处理,叶片最大净光合速率(P_(n,max))和暗呼吸速率(R d)显著增高,高质量浓度(4000 mg/L)处理使其降至对照水平;低质量浓度(1000-2000 mg/L)多效唑处理,叶片光饱和点(P_(LSP))和光补偿点(P_(LCP))显著增高,而高质量浓度(3000-4000 mg/L)处理则显著下降至对照水平。随着多效唑质量浓度提高,植株矮化效果明显,光合能力和效率增强。低质量浓度(1000-2000 mg/L)多效唑处理能有效提高植物光合能力,过高质量浓度(4000 mg/L)的多效唑处理会抑制植物光合能力。据此,认为采用叶面喷施1000-2000 mg/L多效唑溶液是调控北美冬青‘冬红’植株形态、促进植株生长的适宜措施。In order to explore the effects of the plant growth retardant paclobutrazol on the plant morphology of Ilex verticillata potted seedlings and its appropriate application concentrations,the test uses the I.verticillata variety‘Winter Red’as the test material.In this study,we analyzed the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol on plant growth,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of potted seedlings.The results showed that the foliar spraying of paclobutrazol solution could effectively dwarfing plants,reduce branch growth and shorten nodal spacing.With the increase of paclobutrazol concentration,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid in leaves gradually increased.low concentration of paclobutrazol treatment(1000-2000 mg/L)could lead the leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate significant increased,while high concentration treatment(4000 mg/L)may lead them decreased significantly to the control level.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P_(n,max))and dark respiration rate(R d)of leaves increased significantly at low concentration of paclobutrazol treatment(1000 mg/L)and showed decreasing at high concentration treatment(4000 mg/L).The leaf light saturation point(P_(LSP))and light compensation point(P_(LCP))were significantly increased at low paclobutrazol treatment(1000-2000 mg/L)and significantly decreased to the control level at high(3000-4000 mg/L)treatment.In conclusion,with the increase of paclobutrazol concentration,plant dwarfing effect was obvious,photosynthetic capacity and efficiency were enhanced.Low concentration(1000-2000 mg/L)of paclobutrazol treatment could effectively improve plant photosynthetic capacity,while too high concentration(4000 mg/L)of paclobutrazol treatment would inhibit plant photosynthetic capacity.Accordingly,the use of foliar spray of 1000-2000 mg/L paclobutrazol solution is a suitable measure to regulate the plant morphology of Ilex verticillata‘Winter Red’to promote plant growth.
