摘 要:尾菜的资源化利用能力和程度受制因素较多,目前仍存在大量尾菜随意扔弃现象,给环境带来污染。目前大型工程应用项目不多,且大多项目受制于工艺或者设备选型问题,难以稳定达到设计生产量稳定运行。为探寻尾菜处理工艺技术路线和设备选型,以嵩明尾菜和兰州尾菜项目技术研究与工程实践为例,总结项目调试、技改和运行中出现的问题及成功的经验,针对尾菜项目工艺提出了以“步进式料仓+磁选+双轴破碎+制浆筛分+水解+两级固液分离”的预处理工艺,以“半干式+IC”为主的厌氧发酵工艺,以“原位脱硫+干法脱硫”为主的沼气净化工艺,并对部分核心设备选型参数和结构给予建议,旨在为目前尾菜技改、运行和新建项目提供借鉴,促进尾菜处理项目技术发展。There are many factors restrict the degree of resource utilization of vegetables waste.At present,a large number of vegetable waste are still discarded at will,which impact on environment.However,there are few large-scale engineering application projects and most projects are subject to the problems of process or equipment selection,which are difficult to achieve the stable operation of the designed production capacity.In order to explore the technical route and equipment selection of vegetable waste processing,this paper takes the technical research and engineering practice of Songming vegetable waste and Lanzhou vegetable waste projects as examples,summarizes the problems and relatively successful experience in commissioning,technical transformation and operation,and proposes a pretreatment process of“step silo+magnetic separation+biaxial crushing+pulping screening+hydrolysis+two-stage solid-liquid separation”for vegetable waste project process;Anaerobic fermentation process dominated by“semi dry+IC”,biogas purification process dominated by“in-situ desulfurization+dry desulfurization”,and suggestions on the selection parameters and structure of some core equipment are given,aiming to provide reference for the current technical transformation,operation and new projects of tail vegetables,and promote the technical development of vegetable waste treatment projects.
