摘　　要：在蛋鸡养殖中,蛋壳对鸡蛋内容物具有抵抗外界病菌侵染、减轻破损等重要作用,因此蛋壳质量对商品鸡蛋的生产、销售和运输有着很重要的影响,从营养角度来看,日粮钙磷的水平和来源等又对蛋壳质量起着决定性作用。本文对国内外关于蛋壳结构及形成过程、日粮钙磷对蛋壳质量的调控和相关的提高措施等研究结果进行综述,以期为禽蛋生产提供参考。In the breeding of laying hens,eggshell has an important role in resisting external bacterial infection and reducing damage to egg contents,so the quality of eggshell has a very important impact on the production,sales and transportation of commercial eggs.From a nutritional point of view,the level and source of dietary calcium and phosphorus play a decisive role in the quality of eggshell.In this paper,the research results on eggshell structure and formation process,the regulation of dietary calcium and phosphorus on eggshell quality and related improvement measures were reviewed,in order to provide reference for poultry egg production.
