摘 要:为研究γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对肉牛热应激期生长性能、血清激素及抗氧化能力的影响,本试验将年龄、体重差异不大的117头西杂牛随机分为3个组,对照组、试验A组和试验B组,每组39头牛。对照组不添加GABA,试验A组和B组分别按照1 g/50 kg(BW)添加GABA和包被GABA,试验期30 d。结果表明:爬跨打斗,与对照组比,试验A组增加了3.17%(P>0.05),试验B组减少了38.89%(P<0.05);与试验前比,对照组基本没变化(P>0.05),试验A组和试验B组分别减少了0.54%(P>0.05)和47.62%(P<0.05)。采食量试验A组和试验B组较对照组分别提高了2.25%(P>0.05)和5.35%(P<0.05);日增重较对照组分别提高了2.42%(P>0.05)和5.65%(P>0.05);料重比较对照组分别降低了0.13%(P>0.05)和0.27%(P>0.05)。血清内分泌激素T3和T4,试验B组分别提高了23.13%(P<0.05)和13.97%(P<0.05),试验A组则提高了7.46%(P>0.05)和4.46%(P>0.05)。试验B组和A组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别提高了7.02%(P<0.05)和1.86%(P>0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了38.82%(P<0.05)和0.99%(P>0.05),谷胱甘肽(GSH-Px)活性分别提高了1.94%(P<0.05)和0.15%(P>0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)分别提高了23.40%(P<0.05)和0.72%(P>0.05)。表明试验B组对于减缓西杂牛的热应激、改善生长性能、提高抗氧化能力效果较好。In order to study the effects ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on growth performance,serum hormones and antioxidant capacity of beef cattle during heat stress period,117 cows were randomly divided into three groups:control group,test group A and test group B.The control group was not supplemented with GABA,while the test groups A and B supplemented with GABA and coated GABA according to 1 g/50 kg(BW),respectively.The experimental period lasted for 30 days.Results were as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the climbing and straddling fighting in test group A was increased by 3.17%(P>0.05)and that in test group B was decreased by 38.89%(P<0.05);Compared with that before the experiment,the control group had almost no change(P>0.05),while the test groups A and B decrease by 0.54%(P>0.05)and 47.62%(P<0.05),respectively.(2)Compared with the control group,the feed intake in test groups A and B was increased by 2.25%(P>0.05)and 5.35%(P<0.05),respectively;The daily gain was increased by 2.42%(P>0.05)and 5.65%(P>0.05),respectively;The ratio of feed to gain was decreased by 0.13%(P>0.05)and 0.27%(P>0.05),respectively.(3)Serum endocrine hormone T3 and T4 were increased by 23.13%(P<0.05)and 13.97%(P<0.05)in group B,and 7.46%(P>0.05)and 4.46%(P>0.05)in group A,respectively.(4)The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in groups B and A was increased by 7.02%(P<0.05)and 1.86%(P>0.05),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased by 38.82%(P<0.05)and 0.99%(P>0.05),respectively.The glutathione(GSH-Px)activity was increased by 1.94%(P<0.05)and 0.15%(P>0.05),and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was increased by 23.40%(P<0.05)and 0.72%(P>0.05),respectively.The results indicated that the experimental group B had better effects on reducing heat stress,improving growth performance and increasing antioxidant capacity of west variety cattle.
