摘 要:为探索不同营养水平的颗粒破碎料和粉料对0~60日龄蛋雏鸡生长性能的影响,试验选用健康、体重相近的0日龄京红1号商品代蛋雏鸡3600只,随机分成3个处理组,每组1200只,每组3个重复,每个重复400只。试验期0~60日龄,试验分3段进行,0~14日龄3个处理组饲喂同一种颗粒破碎料;15~35日龄和36~60日龄,对照组饲喂高营养浓度粉料(代谢能水平分别为12.10 MJ/kg和11.93 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为19.5%和17.5%),试验T2组饲喂中营养浓度粉料(代谢能水平分别为12.10 MJ/kg和11.85 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为19.0%和17.0%),试验T3组饲喂低营养浓度颗粒破碎料(代谢能水平分别为12.10 MJ/kg和11.68 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为18.5%和16.5%)。结果表明:28、35、42、56、60日龄体重,试验T3组显著高于试验T2组(P<0.05),28、35、42、49日龄胫长,试验T3组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。0~35日龄增重,试验T3组较对照组、试验T2组分别高13.2、17.5 g,料重比显著低于对照组、试验T2组(P<0.05);36~60日龄增重,对照组显著高于试验T2组,高31.8 g(P<0.05),料重比对照组<试验T3组<试验T2组,差异显著(P<0.05),每400 g增重的饲料成本对照组显著低于试验T2组、试验T3组,分别低0.39、0.26元(P<0.05)。综合生长性能和经济效益分析,在本试验营养水平条件下,推荐蛋雏鸡颗粒破碎料饲喂至35日龄(15~35日龄日粮代谢能水平12.10 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平18.5%),36~60日龄饲喂粉料(日粮代谢能水平11.93 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平17.5%)。The trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary nutrient level and shape on growth performance layer chicks during 0 to 60 days of age.Three thousand six hundred 0-day-old Jinghong No.1 layer chicks with the same similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 400 chicks per replicate.The trial lasted for 60 days.All groups feeded the same pellet diet during 0 to 14 days of age.At the age of 15~35 d and 36~60 d,chicks in the control group were fed mash diet with high nutrient level[metabolizable energy(ME):12.10,11.93 MJ/kg,crude protein(CP):19.5%,17.5%],chicks in trial group T2 were fed mash diet with middle nutrient level(ME:12.10,11.85 MJ/kg;CP:19.0%,17.0%)and chicks in trial group T3 were fed pellet diet low nutrient level(ME:12.10,11.68 MJ/kg,CP:18.5%,16.5%).The results showed as follows:The body weight at 28,35,42,56,60 days of age in experimental group T3 were higher that the experimental group T2,the tibia length at 28,35,42,49 days of age in experimental group T3 were higher than the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Feed gain ratio of the experimental group T3 was the lowest among groups at the age of 0~35 d,feed gain ratio of the control group was the lowest among groups at the age of 36~60 d.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,pellet diet(ME:12.10 MJ/kg,CP:19.5%)could benefit to increase performance of layer chickens during 0 to 35 days of age,and mash die(ME:12.10 MJ/kg,CP:18.5%)was recommended during 36 to 60 days of age.
