摘　　要：水产养殖业的发展越来越依赖于水产动物营养饲料,而研究各营养元素的需求是水产动物配合饲料开发的基础。文章综述了红鳍东方鲀、大泷六线鱼、许氏平鮋、大菱鲆和牙鲆对蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素和矿物质的需求,旨在为这五种北方常见海水鱼类的配合饲料的研发提供参考。The development of aquaculture is increasingly dependent on the aquatic animal feeds.Studying the requirement of each nutrient element is the basis for the development of aquatic animal compound feed.The article reviewed the protein,fat,carbohydrate,vitamin and mineral requirements of the five species of fish,including Takifugu rubripes,Hexagrammos otakii,Sebastes schlegeli,Scophalmusmaximus,Paralichthys olivaceus.The aim was to provide a reference for the development of compound feed for these five common northern marine fish species.
