摘  要:本试验旨在研究发酵豆渣(FSR)以及蛋白桑与豆渣混合发酵产物(FMASR)对蛋鸡生长性能、生产性能和蛋品质的影响。生长阶段:选取体重相近的47日龄华北柴鸡300只进行林下养殖,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只鸡,对照组(C组)饲喂基础日粮,试验1组(F1组)添加10%FSR,试验2组(F2组)添加10%FMASR,试验期21 d。试验结束后继续饲喂相应日粮至120日龄。产蛋阶段:从各试验组的每个重复选取15只鸡作为产蛋阶段的重复,对应为产蛋阶段的C组、F1组、F2组,分别饲喂基础日粮、含10%FSR的日粮、含10%FMASR的日粮,试验期98 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,日粮中添加10%FSR和10%FMASR对蛋鸡平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),但蛋鸡的日增重分别显著提高3.83%(P<0.05)和8.40%(P<0.01),料重比分别显著降低3.20%(P<0.05)和6.40%(P<0.01);(2)与对照组相比,日粮中添加10%FMASR,可以促进蛋鸡提前8 d开产和提前2周进入产蛋高峰期,产蛋高峰期的产蛋率、日产蛋重、平均蛋重、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄a*值、蛋黄b*值分别显著提高6.55%(P<0.01)、4.22%(P<0.05)、3.97%(P<0.05)、26.2%(P<0.05)、11.63%(P<0.01)、10.40%(P<0.05)、7.44%(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低3.77%(P<0.05),对蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和蛋黄L*值无显著影响(P>0.05);(3)与对照组相比,日粮中添加10%FSR可以促进蛋鸡提前4 d开产和提前1周进入产蛋稳定期,但对产蛋高峰期的产蛋率日产蛋重、平均蛋重、料蛋比和蛋品质的各项指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加10%FMASR可显著提高蛋鸡的生长性能、产蛋初期及产蛋高峰期生产性能和产蛋高峰期的蛋品质,日粮中添加10%FSR可显著提高蛋鸡生长性能和产蛋初期的生产性能。This experiment was conducted to study the fermented soybean(FSR)and fermentation of mulberry mixed soybean(FMASR)on growth performance,laying perfomance and egg quality of laying hens.Growth stage:30047-day-old female North China chicken with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 3 dietary treatments with 4 replicates and 25 hens with each pen.The control group were fed basal diet,while F1 group and F2 group received the same basal diet supplemented with 10%FSR and 10%FMASR respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 21 days.After the test,the corresponding diet continue to be sued until 120-old-day.Laying stage:15 North China chicken from the pen in the growth stage were selected as the pen in the laying stage.The control group were fed basal diet,while F1 group and F2 group received the same basal diet supplemented with 10%FSR and 10%FMASR respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 98 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the addition of 10%FSR and 10%FMASR in the diet showed no significant effect on the average daily feed intake(P>0.05),but significantly improved average daily gain by 3.83%(P<0.05)and 8.40%(P<0.01)respectively,significantly reduced the feed conversion ratio by 3.20%(P<0.05)and 6.40%(P<0.01)respectively;(2)Compared with the control group,the addition of 10%FMASR in the diet promoted the laying hens to lay eggs 8 days and to the peak laying stage 2 weeks in advance,significantly improved egg laying rate,daily egg mass,average egg weight,protein height,haugh unit,a*of yolk and b*of yolk by 6.55%(P<0.01),4.22%(P<0.05),3.97%(P<0.05),26.2%(P<0.01),11.63%(P<0.01),10.40%(P<0.05),7.44%(P<0.05)respectively,significantly reduced the feed/egg ratio by 3.77%(P<0.05),but showed no significant effect on the eggshell index,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness and L*of yolk(P>0.05)in the peak laying stage;(3)Compared with the control group,the addition of 10%FSR in the diet promoted the laying hens to lay eggs 4 days and to the peak laying stage 1 weeks in advance,but showed no
