摘  要:为研究蝇蛆蛋白的营养成分及对产蛋后期海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清激素水平和抗氧化性能的影响,试验选用360只65周龄的海兰褐商品代蛋鸡,随机分成3个处理组,分别为对照组、蝇蛆蛋白替代组与蝇蛆蛋白添加组。结果表明:蝇蛆蛋白具有较高的粗蛋白质(62.8%)和粗脂肪含量(15.8%),且氨基酸组成理想,不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比例接近2:1。蝇蛆蛋白替代添加产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率增加2.05%,料蛋比和破残次蛋率分别降低3.96%和5.66%(P>0.05),蝇蛆蛋白额外添加产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率增加3.20%,料蛋比和破残次蛋率分别降低6.61%和11.32%(P<0.05)。蝇蛆蛋白替代添加蛋壳强度和哈氏单位分别增加6.68%和2.68%(P>0.05),蝇蛆蛋白额外添加蛋壳强度和哈氏单位分别增加11.05%和5.42%(P<0.05)。蝇蛆蛋白替代添加蛋鸡血清中雌二醇(17α-estradiol)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平分别增加了14.08%、14.33%和13.27%(P>0.05),蝇蛆蛋白额外添加血清中17α-estradiol、FSH和LH水平分别增加了22.03%、24.35%和33.3%(P<0.05)。蝇蛆蛋白替代添加蛋鸡血清(输卵管中)总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性增加9.58%(8.33%)和5.46%(15.15%),丙二醛(MDA)水平降低9.25%(7.91%)(P>0.05),蝇蛆蛋白额外添加血清(输卵管中)中T-SOD和GSH-Px活性增加17.91%(15.28%)和15.33%(28.51%),MDA水平下降19.33%(14.97%)(P<0.05)。综上,蝇蛆蛋白营养价值高,在产蛋后期蛋鸡料中添加蝇蛆蛋白能够提高血清生殖激素水平,提高血清与输卵管抗氧化性能,提高蛋壳强度,增加产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋性能,改善蛋品质,并且额外添加效果优于替代添加。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the nutritional content of fly maggot protein and its effect on performance,egg quality,serum hormone level and antioxidant capacity of Hy-brown late laying hens.A total of 360 sixty five-week-old Hy-brown laying hens were randomly allocated three treatment groups,the control group,fly maggot protein replacement group and fly maggot protein addition group.The results showed that the fly maggot protein had a high content of crude protein(62.8%)and crude fat(15.8%),the compositions of the amino acid were ideal,the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid was close to 2:1.Compared with the control group,fly maggot protein alternative addition increased the laying rate by 2.05%,the ratio of feed to egg and ratio of broken egg decreased by 3.96%and 5.66%respectively(P>0.05),additional addition treatment increased the laying rate by 3.20%,the ratio of feed to egg and ratio of broken egg decreased by 6.61%and 11.32%respectively(P<0.05).The alternative addition treatment increased the egg shell strength and hastelloy unit by 6.68%and 2.68%respectively(P>0.05),additional addition treatment increased the egg shell strength and hastelloy unit by 11.05%and 5.42%respectively(P<0.05).The alternative addition treatment increased serumα-estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)by 14.08%,14.33%and 13.27%respectively(P>0.05),additional addition treatment increased serumα-estradiol,FSH and LH by 22.03%,24.35%and 33.3%respectively(P<0.05).The alternative addition treatment increased serum(fallopian tube)activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)by 9.58%(8.33%)and 5.46%(15.15%),decreased the MDA level by 9.25%(7.91%)(P>0.05),additional addition treatment increased serum(fallopian tube)activity of SOD and GSH-Px by 17.91%(15.28%)and 15.33%(28.51%),decreased the malondiadehyde(MDA)level by 19.33%(14.97%)(P<0.05).In conclusion,fly maggot protein had high nutrient values,adding fly maggot protein to layer's feed in
