摘　　要：灵芝是我国传统名贵中草药,不仅有较高的营养价值,同时还具有抗病毒、抗癌、抗氧化、调节免疫和肠道微生物菌群等多种生理活性。通过人工固态栽培或深层液态发酵,可以获得灵芝菌丝体,菌丝体具有与子实体和孢子粉同等的功效,能够提高动物免疫力、降低料重比和促进生长繁殖等,且成本低、产量稳定,经加工后可作为饲料添加剂,替代或减少抗生素的使用。文章基于近年来国内外科研成果,综述了灵芝发酵产物的功效成分、生理活性及在动物生产中的应用,为开发新型饲料添加剂提供参考。Ganoderma lucidum is a precious traditional Chinese medicine.Not only does it have high nutritional value,but it also possesses numerous biological activities,including antiviral,anticancer,antioxidant,immune-regulating,and intestinal microbiota-enhancing properties.The mycelium can be obtained through artificial solid-state cultivation or deep liquid fermentation.It has the same effects as the fruiting body and spore powder,including the ability to improve animal immunity,reduce material weight ratio,and promote growth and reproduction.Additionally,it has the advantage of being low cost and having a stable output.After processing,it can be used as a feed additive to replace or reduce the need for antibiotics.Based on recent scientific research achievements both domestically and internationally,this paper summarizes the functional components,physiological activities,and applications of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation products in animal production.This information provided a valuable reference for the development of new feed additives.
