摘  要:内燃机气门杆部镀硬铬后必须进行铬层附着力检查。气门杆铬层附着力行业标准是气门杆部弯曲试验或打硬度点后,在10倍~20倍放大镜或体视镜下无剥落。目前,附着力差的问题始终困扰与制约着气门杆部镀硬铬工序。本论文通过对附着力差的气门外观、金相等进行分析与研究,指出了目前气门杆部镀铬中存在的问题,并通过作业现场调查与产品检验确定了系列工艺试验方案。工艺试验采用万用表、ZEISS VERT.A1金相显微镜、KEYENCE VK-X1000激光显微镜、EV010电子扫描显微镜等仪器进行检测,确定造成附着力差的因素与环节,并给出应对措施。这些措施经小批与批量生产作业验证有效,彻底解决了气门杆部镀硬铬附着力差的难题;同时,根据实际情况提出了铬层附着力可接受标准,对于气门镀铬行业具有重要的参考价值与推广意义。After chrome plating to the valve stems for internal combustion engines,the adhesion of chrome layer must be checked.The industrial standard of chrome adhesion is that there should be no chrome flaking under a 10−20 times magnifying glass or a stereoscope after bending test or indentation test to the valve stems.At present,poor chrome adhesion poses trouble and restriction to the valve stem chrome plating process.This paper analyzes and studies the appearance and micro-structure of valves with poor adhesion,points out the existing problems in valve chrome plating,and outlines a series of process test plans through field investigation and product inspection.Using multi-purpose meter,ZEISS VERT.A1 microscope,KEYENCE VK-X1000 laser microscope,EV010 scanning electron microscope and other instruments during the through systematic process tests,the factors causing poor chrome adhesion was revealed,bringing up corresponding measures,validating these measures to be effective through small and mass production,and fundamentally solving the problem of the poor chrome adhesion.Meanwhile,the acceptance criteria for chrome adhesion were put forward according to the actual requirements,which has important reference value and promotion significance for the valve chrome plating industry.
