摘　　要：本文基于电视播出PGM信号的实际监测需求,设计和实现了语音文字报警系统,分析介绍了软件功能和实现方法,以及系统调试过程中遇到的问题和优化方案。该系统为电视播出监测报警系统改造提供了借鉴方法。According to the actual monitoring demand of television broadcasting PGM signal,this paper designs and implements a voice text alarm system,analyzes and introduces the software function and implementation method,as well as the problems encountered during system debugging and optimization scheme.The system provides a reference method for the transformation of TV broadcasting monitoring and alarm system.
