摘  要:广播电视的安全播出能力是广播电视长足发展的基石。本文提出了一种双重数字水印技术,该技术同时利用了鲁棒水印和脆弱水印,鲁棒的合法性水印保证视频信号来源的合法性,脆弱的完整性水印确保合法信号在传输过程中未被恶意篡改,能够有效地防止非法插播和信号破坏等攻击广播电视的行为,提高了广播电视安全播出能力。The safe broadcasting ability is the cornerstone of the rapid development of broadcasting and television.This paper proposes a dual digital watermarking technology that utilizes the robust watermark and fragile watermark at the same time.The robust legitimacy watermark ensures the legitimacy of the video signal source,while the fragile integrity watermark ensures that legitimate signal during transmission is not maliciously tampered with during transmission,effectively preventing illegal slots and signals destruction attacks on radio and television.The ability of radio and television to broadcast safely has been improved.
