摘　　要：本文根据广电网络运维人员面对机房多、分布广、网管杂、操作乱的现状,提出了建设运维管理系统的设想。论文围绕平台架构、数据采集、数据中心平台的建设及运维智能机器人的开发等内容进行详细阐述。According to the current situation that the radio and television network operation and maintenance personnel are faced with many computer rooms,wide distribution,complex network management and disorderly operation,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the operation and maintenance management system.The platform architecture,data acquisition,the construction of data center platform and the development of operation and maintenance intelligent robot are expounded in detail.
